Terms & Conditions — mp007

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mp007 platform, available at mp007.bet ("the Platform", "the Site", "mp007"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Platform.

mp007 is operated by an internationally licensed entity ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is made available to eligible players in Indonesia who voluntarily choose to access international online betting services. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mp007, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by mp007 or by any recognized responsible gaming authority.
• You must not have had a previous mp007 Account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.
• You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator makes no warranty or representation regarding the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on the mp007 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or bank accounts — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering an Account, you must provide your legal full name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card, KTP), a valid mobile number registered in Indonesia, a valid email address that you control, and your date of birth. You must not use false, misleading, or fictitious information during registration. The name on your mp007 Account must exactly match the name on the bank account or e-wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mp007 login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mp007 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorized by you unless you have notified us promptly in writing that your credentials have been compromised.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact the mp007 support team immediately via live chat or by email at support@mp007.bet. mp007 will investigate and take appropriate action, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before the unauthorized access is reported.

KYC Verification

mp007 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all registered Players as a condition of responsible platform operation. KYC verification is mandatory before a Player may process their first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at the Operator's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation requested by mp007 includes:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) registered to the Player, confirming that the name on the payment method matches the Account name.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of the Player holding their KTP next to their face, taken on the day of submission.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. mp007 will process KYC submissions within 24 hours during standard operating periods. If additional documentation is required, the support team will contact the Player via their registered email address.

Accounts that fail KYC verification, or where the Player refuses to submit requested documentation, will have withdrawal requests suspended until the matter is resolved. In cases of suspected identity fraud or document falsification, the Account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the mp007 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mp007 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to issuer restrictions.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (e-wallet channels) / Rp 25.000 (bank transfer channels).
• Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are credited within two to five minutes of successful inter-bank confirmation. During periods of high transaction volume or Indonesian bank maintenance windows, processing times may be extended.
• mp007 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Third-party bank or e-wallet fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the mp007 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and the Account flagged for review.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for e-wallet channels and under 15 minutes for bank transfer channels, measured from the point of Operator approval.
• Players must ensure their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. mp007 accepts no liability for funds transferred to an incorrect account number provided by the Player.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending KYC review, fraud investigation, or compliance checks. mp007 will notify the Player of any such delay via live chat or registered email.
• Funds associated with active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable conditions have been met in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

mp007 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the UEFA Champions League, the AFF Cup, Ramadhan, and Idul Fitri. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "turnover requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable turnover multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to bonus turnover requirements. Contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward the turnover requirement.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not cleared within the stated expiry period will be removed from the Account Balance automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: mp007 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing hedged or low-risk bets designed to clear turnover requirements without genuine play intent.
• Promotional changes: mp007 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonus funds already credited and in active use.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed through the mp007 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type, available within the Sportsbook interface. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference number is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• mp007 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to settle in the Player's favor for the bet to win. A voided leg will reduce the accumulator to the remaining active legs; rules governing minimum legs for a valid mix parlay are stated in the Sportsbook rules section.
• For voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, specific handicap settlement rules apply as described in the Sportsbook product rules.
• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sicbo) are governed by the rules presented within the live game studio interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server logs, which are treated as the definitive record.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms. mp007 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• mp007 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or Player Account at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mp007 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using false, stolen, or borrowed identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, fraud, or any unlawful source.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or play games without genuine human input.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or in coordination with, any person who has self-excluded from the Platform or is otherwise ineligible to play.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting across mp007 markets in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation rather than genuine recreational wagering.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine play intent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the mp007 customer support team.

Responsible Gaming

mp007 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Players from gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all Players directly within the Account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period after which further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set duration of continuous Platform use.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration selected and cannot be undone at the Player's request during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mp007 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, source code, graphics, written content, odds data, and game interfaces — is the property of the Operator or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from the Operator.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their mp007 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator accepts no liability for:

• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform access caused by Internet service provider failures, Indonesian telecommunications infrastructure outages, scheduled or emergency maintenance, or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors in odds or game results caused by data feed failures from third-party sports data or game providers, provided that the Operator takes reasonable steps to correct the error upon discovery.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity.
• The tax treatment of any winnings in the Player's jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings.

Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by mp007 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an Account.

In summary, mp007 collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and deliver customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable law and our operational and compliance obligations.

Amendments

mp007 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting the support team before the effective date.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
